The cottage sleeps six in three double bedrooms, with two bathrooms arranged over two floors with two separate entertaining rooms: one, a cosy dining room / second sitting room with a log burning stove, the other a formal entertaining room with views of the church at the front and across the beautiful valley to the rear, with a feature inglenook fireplace with log effect stove.
On the ground floor, opposite the cosy sitting room, is a fully fitted bespoke country kitchen / breakfast room.
On the first floor a double bedroom with fitted cupboards plus a bathroom with shower inset to bath. The second living room is situated on this floor and has recently had an honesty bar added - here we offer the chance for you to enjoy a selection of spirits we have provided whilst also giving you another added feel good factor - all donations made by you for the drinks you make are given to Emmaus, a local homelessness charity. If you plan to make use of our honesty bar, please bring your own mixers.
The top floor offers two double bedrooms with beamed ceilings, served by another bathroom featuring a free-standing bath.
Outside the rear garden is protected by a high wall and hedges featuring a patio, clematis clad arbour with table and chairs plus a separate pair of wicker chairs and low table, south facing and a sun trap. Guests will also have access to a table and four chairs on the patio as well. There is an outside W/C.
The property is centrally heated, there is parking directly outside of the house although a strict no smoking policy applies.
